Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, salary, and employee welfare on employee performance at Bank Jatim Ringinrejo Kediri Branch. The type of research uses a quantitative method, which is a method that describes in detail something that becomes the object of research. Quantitative methods are all research data in the form of numbers and analysis using statistics. The population in this study was all employees at Bank Jatim Ringinrejo Kediri Branch, totaling 52 employees. Because the population in this study is small with a total of 52 respondents, all respondents are samples. Meanwhile, the sampling technique in this study uses a saturated sample technique or census technique. Data collection methods use interviews, observations, documentation of literature studies, and questionnaires. Data analysis methods include validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, partial significance tests (t-statistic test), simultaneous significance tests (F-statistic test), and the coefficient of determination. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that: (1) The organizational culture variable (X1) has an influence on employee performance (Y). This explains that if the organizational culture is good, then the positive value of employee performance will increase. (2) The salary variable (X2) has an influence on employee performance (Y). This explains that salary also plays a role in improving performance, if the salary is in accordance with what is expected by employees, then employees will feel satisfied and performance will increase and work better. (3) The employee welfare variable (X3) has a significant influence on employee performance (Y). That employee welfare can also improve job performance, which means that if employee welfare is well fulfilled, then employee performance will also increase. (4) The variables of organizational culture (X1), salary (X2), and employee welfare (X3) together (simultaneously) have a significant relationship to the dependent variable, namely employee performance (Y).
