Withdrawal of Manuscripts Policy
Authors are strongly encouraged to carefully consider their submission before proceeding, as withdrawing a manuscript after submission disrupts the editorial process and affects journal operations.
If an author requests a withdrawal of their manuscript after the peer review process has begun, a penalty fee of IDR 1,500,000 (or $150) will be imposed. This fee covers the administrative and editorial costs incurred during the review process.
Manuscript withdrawal is only permitted under valid circumstances, such as ethical concerns, significant errors, or duplicate submissions. Authors must formally request withdrawal via email, stating the reason for withdrawal. The editorial team reserves the right to approve or reject withdrawal requests based on the justification provided.
Failure to comply with this policy may result in restrictions on future submissions to the journal.
